RESOLUTION NO. 603
A. RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS
HILLS DETERMINING THAT THE PUBLIC INTERESTS REQUIRE THE CONVEYANCE
BY SAID TOWN OF CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY DESCRIBED.. HEREIN.
RESOLVED,by the City Council of the =Town- of Los Altos Hills ,
California, that said Council hereby finds that the public
interest, convenience and necessity require the grant of all of
that certain real property belongingto the Town, described in
Exhibit A attached hereto and by this reference incorporated
herein, to R. F. GALLI and BERNARDINE W. GALLI, and that said
Council further finds that the consideration forsaid transfer
shall be the granting by said R. F. GALLI and BERNARDINE Wo GALLI
to the Town of Los Altos Hills of an easement more particularly
described in Exhibit B attached heretoand by this reference
incorporated herein, which the City Council finds to be full
and adequate consideration for said transfer; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk be and he is hereby
authorized to execute a grant deed of the property described in
Exhibit A, on behalf of the Town.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoingresolution was passed
and adopted at a regular.. meeting of the City Council of the Town
of Los Altos Hills on December 7, 1970, by the following roll call
vote

Commencing
parcel described in a grant deed from Transamerica Title Insurance Company
to R. F. Galli and Bernardine W. Galli, recorded July 30, 1964, in Book 6602,
Page 485, Official Records of Santa Clara County as Application No. 2676740,
said corner being the point of beginning described in said grant deed. Thence
South 87°10' East along the northerly line of said parcel 16.92 feet to the
TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING.
Thence, continuing along said northerly line, South- 87°10' East 3.08 feet
to the easterly line of the right-of-way easement for Fremont Road; thence
South 3-3/4 West along said easterly line 100.00 feet; thence North 1 59'08"
East 100.00 feet more or less to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING.
Containing 154.00 square feet or 0.0035 acres, more or less.

DESCRIPTION '
A perpetual easement for public street, path and trail purposes over across and
upon all that certain property situate.. in the Town of Los Altos Hills,
County of Santa Clara, State of California, as herein described. i
Commencing at the most westerly corner of that certain 5.13 acre parcel
described in a grant deed from Transamerica Title Insurance Company to i
R. F. Galli and Bernardine W. Galli, recorded July 30, 1964, in Book 6602, 4
Page 485, Official Records of Santa Clara County as Application No. 2676740,
said westerly corner being South 3-3/4° West 3.91 chains (258.06 feet) from
the point of beginning described in said grant deed; thence North 3-3/4° East
14.40 feet along the centerline of Fremont Road, 40 feet wide; thence at right
angles South 86-1/4° East 20.00 feet to theeasterly line of the right of way 1
easement of said Fremont Road to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING. '1
Thence North 3-3/4° East 28.80 feet along said easterly line to a point !
of cusp with a tangent curve whose center bears South 86-1/4° East 40.00 feet; 1
thence southerly along said curve, having a radius of 40.00 feet, through a central
angle of 71°30', an arc length of 49.92 feet, to a point of cusp with the north- 1
easterly line of Fremont Road; thence North 67°45' West 28.80 feet along said a
northeasterly line to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING. 1
