A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL. OF .THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS
DETERMINING THAT THE PUBLIC INTEREST AND_ NECESSITY REQUIRE THE
ACQUISITION OF AN EASEMENT AND DIRECTING THE FILING OF EMINENT
DOMAIN PROCEEDINGS .
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills ,
California, that.
WHEREAS, said Town is prepared to proceed with public improvements
in the vicinity:of Fremont Road between Seven Acres Lane and Edith
Avenue, and
WHEREAS, to complete said improvements it will be necessary to
obtain the right-of-way more particularly described in Exhibit A
hereto attached and by thisreference herein. incorporated,
NOW, THEREFORE, it is. found, determined and ordered as follows :
1. That the public interest and necessity require the
acquisition, construction and completion by said Town of the
proposed public improvements .
2 . That the right-of-way described in said Exhibit A is
necessary for said improvements .
3.. That said proposed improvements are planned and located :
in the manner which will be most compatible with the greatest public
good and the least private injury.
4 . That said said acquisitions are located within the
territorial limits of the. Town of Los Altos Hills
5 . That Robin D. Faisant, City Attorney, be and he is hereby
directed to institute and conduct to conclusion an action in eminent
domain for the acquisition of said right-of-way and to take such
action as necessary therein.
6. That an order of immediate possession be obtained in said
action and that a warrant or warrants be issued to the County Clerk
of the County of Santa Clara in the amount or, amounts determined . .
by the Court to be deposited as a condition to the right of
immediate possession.

7 . That said right-of-way sought to be taken is fully
described in Exhibit A hereto attached and by this reference
herein incorporated, and that the plans for the public
improvement described herein are on file in the office of the
City Clerk of the Town of Los Altos Hills .
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was passed
and adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council of the
Town of Los Altos Hills on November 2 , 1970 , by the following

DESCRIPTION •
Commencing at the most northwesterly corner of that certain 5.13 acre
parcel described in a grant deed from Transamerica Title Insurance Company
to R. F. Galli and Bernardine W. Galli, recorded July 30, 1964, in Book 6602,
Page 485, Official Records of Santa Clara County as Application No. 2676740,
said corner being the point of beginning described in said grant deed. Thence
South 87°10' East along the northerly line of said parcel 16.92 feet to the •
TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING.
Thence, continuing along said northerly line, South. 87°10' East 3.08 feet
to the easterly line of the right-of-way easement for Fremont Road; thence
South 3-3/4° West along said easterly line 100.00 feet; thence North 1°59'08"
East 100.00 feet more or less to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING.
Containing 154.00 square feet or 0.0035 acres, more or less. •
