tion of Los iltos Hills on the question of water importation:
"Upon the basis of evidence presented to the Santa Clara County
Water Conservation District and the Tri-County Water Authority,
it appears that areas of the County which need supplemental
water from State and Federal sources will be best served by a
combination of South Bay and Pacheco Pass aqueducts. It is
not presently anticipated that Los Altos Hills residents will
participate in this program. Los Altos Hills reserves the
right to reject the inclusion of its area in a taxing zone to
finance water importation. "

ment.
