ACTION .
Adopt Minutes of Nov. 6, 1961 as submitted.
COMMUNICATIONS:
Letter from Furissima Hills County Water District, requesting a base
proposal for use of Town Hall property.
Referred to City Attorney for preparation of a lease.
ANNOUNCEMENTS:
Proposed annexations, Grant No. 17 & 18 to the City of Mountain View,
were directed filed.
COMMITTEE REPORTS:
At the request of Chairmar Liken, report on firearms was held over to
Dec. Oto meeting.

ACTION.
That the matter be referred to City Attorney for a written
legal opinion of status of E. Sunset Drive.

2. Road Standards Revision.
Minimum road standards, dated Aug. , 1961 with revisions re-
quested by Fire District , be tentatively approved and referred
to Planning Commission for further comments.

Hearing no objections , the Mayor, on motion of Councilman Clayton
seconded by Councilman Henley, declared the Public Hearing closed.
The title of Ordinance No. 78 was read by the City Attorney.

That further reading of Ordinance No. 78 be waived.

2. rurissima Hills County Water District.
Upon the recommendation of the City Manager, the City Attorney
was directed to draw up a lease agreement with Furissima Hills
County Water District for their use of the Town Hall property for
construction of an office building.
3. Fernhill Assessment District.
The City Manager reported that a petition for formation of an
assessment district for the reconstruction of Fernhill Avenue has
been received.
Ietition was referred to the City Engineer for processing.
4. rage Mill Road Sewer Line .
Mr. Dan Dena submitted a proposal for resurfacing of Rage Mill Rd.
in conjunction with pavement resoration.
Mr. Dana . 'as instructed to resubmit his proposal after completion
of pavernt restoration and clean-up work as required by the City
Engineer..
