Hawley at 8:52 AM at the Town Hall, 26379 Fremont Road., Los '.ltos ;ills, C^li£ornia. ROLL CALL: PRESENT: Commissioners Alter, Garbett, Hi.bner, Mellquist. arrived at 9:00 A. M.; Prentice arrived at 9:10 A. i?.; Chairman Hawley ABSENT: None. MINUTES: February 7, 1963. krproval of I;inutes of February 7, 1963 was deferred to the next meeting. Ca=unicatione were deferred to the end of the Meeting. VARIANCES 1. 1laggoner, W. Harlow (137-63) - Request for Reduction of Cetback Re- quirement. Commissioner Alter, Chairman of the Map Committee, reported that the house is ten feet (10') from the property line and was built prior to the incorporation of the Town. At this time, request is for an addi- tion to the house and reduction of setback is reruested to ten feet, The Chairman pointed out that the names of the owners of the adjoinin- properties is not listed on the application, and suggested that the variance application form be reviewedin order that adequate information raigkt be required of future applicants. The Map Committee Chairman recommended approval of the request. RECCPII"ENDATIO_T : That the request of W. Harlow Waggoner (137-63) for reduction of setback requirement be approved as submitted. MOTION: Garbett; SECOND: Hither; VOTE: Passed un-,.nimously Commissioner I9ellquist arrived. DIVISIONS OF LAND 1. Block, Francis V. (24-7-63) 8 lots. Engr. John W. Riley. The Chairman expininsd that the request is to approve a lisp showing three building sites with existing buildings and permission to grade areas on parcels, designated as I'arcals B, C, D, E & F, the soil from which the owner propo as to be used as fill to build a road to serve these parcels when a^proved as building sites.
