Easton Rothwell at 7:55 P. M., Monday, November 256, 1957 at the Town Hall, 26379 Weft Fremont, Los Altos Hills. Mr. Riley, engineer and a member of the Committee, stated that a report will be made at the meeting of December 2, 1957• 49 Zoning Ordinance - proposed zoning regulations for the Town. Commissioner Dawson made a progress report regarding the Ordinance. It was suggested that the proposed ordinance be submitted to the City Attorney for perusal beforebeing presented to the Council. U n -2- 5. CommissiOAe'r Dawson reported that, due to the uncertainty of theropoeed Freeway routes through the fit4wi; it will be sevekal months before the Flan is ompleted. 6. Subdivision Ordinance . Councilman Fowle gave a progress report, stating that the Ordinance will be ready for the meeting of .December 2, 1957• 7. Donna a Std - Proposed study for drainage problems in the City Engineer McCandless explained what the would entail, and what the Town would drainage study Baia from the study. Mr. McCandless submitted his report, stating that the fee for this study would be $4,850. Rd pointed out the possibility of a portion.of the fee being paid by the Federal Government upon application by the Town. ACTION: That the Council authorize the drainage study on the basis Of the fee of $49850 submitted in the report by Mr. Me- candless. Town of Los Altos Ordinanee•#}1 was read by the City.Clerki Discussion followed and two corrections were made, after which the City Clerk proceeded to reread the Ordinance. ACTION: That further reading of Ordinance #41 be waived. Engineers' recommendations are not ex» February of 1958. The City Clerk was instructed to contact the Highway Commission for information regarding public hearings. MEETING ADJOURNED: 9:15 P. M.
