CITY COUNCIL <br />TOIAT OF LOS ALTOS HILLS <br />MINUTES OF .ADJOURPT 10 FSETING <br />1-1 He -e <br />June 11, 1957 <br />The meeting was called to order by Mayor Sidney W. <br />Treat at 7:45 P.M. at the Town Hall$ 26379 West Fremont, <br />Los Altos Hills. <br />ROLL CALL: PRESENT: Mayor Treat, Councilmen Fowles <br />Bledsoe, Rothwell. <br />ABSENT: Councilman Hoefler. <br />MINUTES: June 10, 1927: <br />Following corrections to the minutes: <br />Page 1, Minutes: delete 'quorum' and correct sen— <br />June 3rd tence to read: 'Motion failed <br />for lack of majority'. <br />Page 5, Par. 2 : delete 'Study Session on Ordinance <br />#36 with members of City Council <br />and Planning Commission'. <br />Page 4, Item #5: delete 'as read' from ACTION. <br />Should read: 'Move the adoption <br />of Ordinance #36'. <br />ACTION: -. ._ <br />Adopt the minutes of June 10, 1957, as corrected. <br />Motion: Mayor Treat; Second: Fowle; Vote: Passed. <br />June 3a. 1957• <br />Peul Myers, attorney for Lloyd Copenhaver, appeared <br />for further discussion of ACTION taken by Council <br />at meeting of June 3, 1957, of Copenhaver record of <br />survey. <br />Following corrections to the minutes: <br />Page 5, Item 2b: delete second sentence under ACTION <br />which reads: 'Access road E1 Monte <br />must be brought to Town Standards <br />either by the creation of an <br />assessment district or the charging <br />of a flat fee by the Town per lot'. <br />
