3. PRESENTATIONS FROM THE FLOOR
Persons wishing to address the Council on any subject not on the agenda may do so now. Please complete
a Speaker Card located on the back table of the Council Chambers and submit it to the City Clerk.
Comments are limited to two (2) minutes per speaker. California law prohibits the Council from acting on
items that do not appear on the agenda. Under a Resolution previously adopted by the Council, such items
can be referred to staff for appropriate action, which may include placement on the next available agenda.

5. PUBLIC HEARINGS
A. Lands of Taelemans, 25550 Moody Road; File #96 -13 -VAR; A request to
modify the existing conservation easement agreement (adopted on July 15,
2004 by the City Council), to allow a 124 square foot storage shed to encroach
within the conservation easement. In addition, the applicant is requesting a
variance for the shed to be located within the front property line setback.

Pedro) — Continued from the September 19, 2013 City Council meeting.

A. Resolution Authorizing an Agreement with West Coast Footings & Supply
Co., Inc. to Repair the Lower Arena Footing and Base at Westwind Barn

1,293 square foot swimming pool, and a 578 square foot pavilion. The applicant is
also requesting a new fence along the front and portions of the side property lines.
