2. Graver P.rthur J. (V-181-64) - Request for Setback Reduction.
Staff Recommendation was read and plot plan reviewed. There
were no objections from properisy ownero within a radial
distar_cc of 300 feet. Request was for a rear setback to
Fifteen feet (15') for stable.
Commissioner Hibner was of the opinion that this stable
could reasonably conform to the setback requiroments of the
vrdir_anc.. ken Graver conceded this Point; to„ever, he
Felt the stable •wouldfit most naturally into the grado of
the land without excess Gradin„ rlus the fact there were
no objections.
RECO11-E 'DATION :
That the request of :1rt'aur J, Graver
for reduction in setback to fifteen (15') feet
be denied.

owners. The only owners,, in this ca_e to be affected,
were a considerable distance from the setback line and
they offered no objections.
