ORDINANCE NO. 392 <br /> AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS <br /> AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE <br /> TO PREZONE THE PROPERTY ADJACENT TO 25309 LA LOMA DRIVE <br /> WHEREAS, on January 7, 1998, the City Council of the Town of <br /> Los Altos Hills ("Council") approved a site development permit and <br /> related variances for two parcels (the "Project") ; and <br /> WHEREAS, one parcel of the Project is located at 25309 La Loma <br /> Drive within the Town limits, and the other is located adjacent <br /> thereto but within the jurisdiction of the County of Santa Clara; <br /> . and <br /> WHEREAS, in conjunction with approval of the site development <br /> permit, on January 7, 1998, the Council .also approved a parcel . <br /> merger and annexation of the parcel which is currently located <br /> within the County of Santa Clara; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Local Agency Formation Commission (LAFCO) for the <br /> County of Santa Clara requires that the parcel currently located <br /> within the County of Santa Clara be prezoned prior to commencement <br /> of annexation proceedings; and <br /> WHEREAS, the zoning designation for the parcels surrounding <br /> the Project is R-A, residential agricultural; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission and the City Council held <br /> duly noticed public hearings to consider the prezoning.. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the Town of Los Altos <br /> Hills does ORDAIN as follows : . <br /> 1. PREZONING. The property adjacent to the "Lands of <br /> Loughmiller" located at 25309 La Loma Drive ("Property") , as <br /> further described and shown as Parcel 1 on the attached Exhibit A, <br /> is hereby prezoned to Residential-Agricultural (R-A) , and when the <br /> Property is annexed to the Town, the Residential Agricultural (R-A) <br /> zoning designation of the Property shall become effective at the <br /> same time that the annexation becomes effective. <br /> 2 .
