HomeMy WebLinkAbout09-14 RESOLUTION 9-14 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS AUTHORIZING AMENDMENTS TO FEE SCHEDULE FOR CERTAIN TOWN GENERAL SERVICES WHEREAS,the Town of Los Altos Hills has established certain fees for Town services, and WHEREAS, the City Council awarded a contract to Willdan Financial Services (Willdan) for an Overhead Cost Allocation Review and a Comprehensive Fee and Rate Study on February 28, 2013; and WHEREAS,the City Council wishes to revise said fee schedule at this time; and NOW THEREFORE, the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills hereby resolves to approve the amended fees as set forth in attached Attachment 1 to the staff report (entitled: "Proposed Schedule of Fees, Deposits, Charges for Service, and Other Assessments") and as set forth in Exhibit 1 to this Resolution, with all Town fees to be as shown in the column labeled "100% Recovery" , except for the building permit fees in' Section II — Building Process: Plan Reviews Permits, and Inspections of the attachment which shall be as shown in the column labeled "90% Recovery". Adjustments to fees resulting from this resolution will go into effect on May 21, 2014, and the Town's Cost of Services Schedule shall be evaluated one year from the date of this Resolution.
