RESOLUTION NO. 543
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF
LOS ALTOS HILLS ADOPTING A HOUSING ELEMENT OF
THE GENERAL PLAN.
WHEREAS the Town of Los Altos Hills did on the 7th day of
December, 1959 , adopt a General Plan for said Town, which said
Plan is contained in that certain document "General Plan for the
Town of Los Altos Hills , California, 1959"; and
WHEREAS said Town has , from time to time, and by resolution,
amended said General Plan; and
WHEREAS there has been presented to the City Council of the
Town of Los Altos Hills a proposed Housing Element of the General
Plan, dated July 1969; and
WHEREAS said Housing Element has been reviewed and studied by
the Planning Commission and by the City Council of the Town of
Los Altos Hills , and public hearings have been held at the times
and in the manners provided by law, notice of which said hearings
was given in the manner provided by law, and at which all interested
persons were heard; and
WHEREAS this Council certifies that it has done all things
necessary and required in the adoption of this element as provided
in the Government Code of California;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the
Town of Los Altos Hills does hereby adopt said Housing Element of
the General Plan of said Town, with which said Housing Element is
contained in that certain document entitled "Town of Los Altos Hills ,
California, Housing Element of the General Plan, July 1969", which
said Element consists of 22 pages of explanatory text,and is certified
by the signatures of the Chairman and Vice-Chairman of the Planning
Commission on the cover thereof, and be it further resolved that
the adoption thereof by the Council shall be endorsed on the cover
of the original of said Housing Element by the signature of the
Mayor and the City Clerk.
