HomeMy WebLinkAbout72 Ail RESOLUTION NO. 22 WHEREAS it is the intention and desire of the Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills to estab- lish a uniform system for the times and method of payment of all salaries and wages due or hereafter becoming due to the officers and employees of said Town, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that, unless other- wise provided in a contract approved by the said Council, all salaries shall be paid in equal semi- monthly installments, and all wages shall be paid as they accrue, all in arrears and upon the 1st and 16m day of each month or the first working day thereafter, AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that all such payments shall be made by check, after approval of warrants therefor by the Council, AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that deductions as provided by law shall be made where required for pension funds, social security„ income tax withhold- ing, and insurance. The foregoing resolution was duly and reg- ularly adopted by the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hillsat a regular meeting held on the 18h day of August , 1928, by the following vote : AYES: Councilmen Bledsoe, Clayton, Sherlock, Treat, Mayor Fowle NOES: None ABSENT: None Mayor ATTEST'.
