RESOLUTION N0'. _ ,
WHEREAS,:. JOHN`N.- FOWLE, ELEANOR C. FOWLE,
LOUISE, FOWLS CARTER and MARSHALL L. CARTER, by Deed
dated June 6th, 1956, have quit claimed to the Town of
Los"Altos Hills the 'property in connection with, their
Grantto the City as a public-spirited contribution land
for a City Hall site, with- a reversion should the property
- cease to be used for public purposes or a City Hallnot
erected," ,and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the Town of, Los :
.Altos Hills desires ,`to .accept: said property.
• `NOW, THEREFORE; 'BE IT RESOLVED that the Town
of Los Altos Hills does hereby accept Quit Claim Deed dated •
June 6th, 1956, by John M. Fowle, Eleanor C. ., Fowle, ,Louise
Fowle Carter and Marshall L. Carter conveying-;property on
Fremont Avenue in, the Town of Los Altos Hills :and subject
to reversionary clause. as contained therein and ,does: direct
that such Quit Claim- Deed..be recorded.
