RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS
ACCEPTING DEDICATION OF RIGHT-OF-WAY EASEMENT
(Lands of Good Moodys, LLC)
WHEREAS, Good Moodys, LLC ("Owner"), is the owner of the property commonly known as
25616 Moody Road, Los Altos Hills, California; and
WHEREAS, Section 10-2.1202 of the Los Altos Hills Municipal Code ("Code") authorizes the
Planning Director or Planning Commission to require dedication of a right-of-way of sufficient
width to conform to current Town standards whenever a site development permit is requested for
a lot which was created prior to January 1, 1973 and where the driveway or contiguous road
rights-of-way are substandard; and
WHEREAS,pursuant to Section 10-2.1202, Owner has offered to dedicate a certain portion of
their property to the Town for right-of-way purposes; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that acceptance of the right-of-
way easement dedication satisfies the requirements of the Code and serves an important public
purpose;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills does RESOLVE as
follows:
The Town hereby accepts on behalf of the public the dedication of the right-of-way easement
described and depicted in Attachment A hereto; and that the Mayor is hereby authorized and
directed to execute the Dedication on behalf of the Town.
The above and foregoing Resolution was passed and adopted by the City Council of the Town of
Los Altos Hills at a regular meeting held on the 15th day of September, 2016 by the following
vote:
AYES: Harpootlian, Waldeck, Corrigan, Radford, Spreen
NOES: None
ABSTAIN: None
ABSENT: None

THIS DEDICATION is made thisay of v S , 2016, by Good
Moodys, LLC, a California Limited Liability Company ("Owner , the owner of the property
located at 25616 Moody Road, Los Altos Hills, California, to and for the benefit of the Town of
Los Altos Hills, a municipal corporation ("Town").
Section 1. Owner does hereby offers to dedicate to Town an easement for street right
of way purposes and incidents thereto that portion of the real property situated in the Town of
Los Altos Hills, County of Santa Clara, State of California as described and depicted in Exhibit
A attached hereto ("Dedication").
Section 2. The Town hereby accepts this Dedication.

LEGAL DESCRIPTION FOR
RIGHT OF WAY EASEMENT
LANDS OF GOOD MOODYS, LLC
25616 MOODY ROAD, LOS ALTOS HILLS, CALIFORNIA
An easement over all that certain real property, situate in the Town of Los Altos Hills,
County of Santa Clara, State of California, being a portion of the Lands of Good Moodys,
LLC, as described in that certain Grant Deed, recorded May 14, 2015 as Document Number
22950992, Official Records of Santa Clara County, all as shown on Exhibit `B" made a part
hereof, more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the most Western corner of said lands, said point being on the centerline of
Moody Road per said deed, thence along said centerline North 27°17'13" East, 33.35 feet;
thence continuing along said centerline North 39°30'13" East, 102.59 feet to the most
northerly corner of said lands; thence along the northeasterly line of said lands South
48004'47" East, 34.71 feet to the beginning of a non-tangent curve, a radial to said point bears
North 44°46'18" West, having a radius of 104.03 feet; thence along said curve to the left,
through a central angle of 8°08'22", an arc distance of 14.78 feet; thence South 37°05'20"
West, 136.58 feet to the Southwesterly line of said lands; thence along said line North
22°31'47" West, 37.30 feet to the Point of Beginning.
Containing 5,071 square feet, more or less.
