RESOLUTION NO. 1526-A
A RESOLUTION RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 1516 CONCERNING
LOT 1, TRACT NO. 7187 , MATADERO CREEK SUBDIVISION
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of the Town of Los Altos
Hills , County, of Santa Clara, State of California, that
WHEREAS, on December 26, 1982 , the City Council adopted Resolution
No. 1516 entitled "A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION AND DELIVERY OF
DEED, AND ACCEPTING DEED OF TRUST AND AUTHORIZING RECORDATION THEREOF
CONCERNING LOT 1, TRACT NO. 7187 , MATADERO CREEK SUBDIVISION" wherein
the City Council accepted a proposal from Patricia Lynch and Emmett
Lynch to purchase Lot 1; and
WHEREAS, the sale of Lot 1 was contingent upon the buyers obtaining
financing; land
WHEREAS, the buyers have now advised the Town that this contingency
cannot be removed because they are unable to arrange for financing,
thereby resulting in the termination of this sale,
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Resolution No. 1516 be,
and it hereby is rescinded and annulled.
REGULARLY passed and adopted this 2111d day of March , 1983.
