CALL TO ORDER <br /> Mayor O'Malley called the Special Meeting of the City Council to order at 9:00 p.m. in <br /> the Council Chambers at Town Hall. <br /> Present: Mayor Mike O'Malley, Mayor Pro Tem Breene Kerr, .Councilmember <br /> Craig A. T. Jones, Councilmember Jean Mordo and Councilmember Dean <br /> Warshawsky <br /> Absent: None <br /> Staff. City Manager Maureen Cassingham, City Attorney Steve Mattas <br /> • 2. PRESENTATIONS FROM THE FLOOR <br /> None <br /> Passed by consensus of the Council to adjourn to the Closed Session at 9:01 p.m. <br /> 3. CLOSED SESSION <br /> CLOSED SESSION: Pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.8: Conference with <br /> Real Properly Negotiator- <br /> Property:—APN 175-23-013 <br /> Agency Negotiators: Maureen Cassingham and Steve Mattas <br /> Negotiating Parties: Town of Los Altos Hills and Los Altos School District <br /> Under Negotiation: Price and terms for purchase or lease of property <br /> The City Council reconvened to the Regular City Council meeting at 9:25 p.m. <br /> The City Council by a 5-0 vote, directed staff to prepare a letter to the Los Altos School District <br /> offering to purchase the Bullis-Purissima school site for the fair market value of the site subject <br /> to (1) an appraisal being prepared, (2) the parties agreeing to the purchase price, and (3) the <br /> parties agreeing to standard conditions of property acquisition.
