4hw Minutes of an Adjourned Regular Meeting <br />June 7, 1995 <br />Town of Los Altos Hills <br />City Council Meeting <br />Wednesday, June 7, 1995, 8:30 A.M. <br />Bullis School, 25890 Fremont Road <br />CALL TO ORDER, ROLL CALL, AND PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE <br />Mayor Dauber called the Adjourned Regular Meeting of the City Council to <br />order at 8:30 a.m. at Bullis School. <br />Present: Mayor Dauber and Councilmembers Hubbard, Johnson <br />and Siegel <br />Absent: Councilmember Casey <br />Staff: City Manager Jeff Peterson <br />2. PRESENTATION BY BULLIS PARENTS TO THE CITY COUNCIL ON <br />THE FEASIBILITY OF A JOINT PROJECT FOR A MULTI-PURPOSE <br />AUDITORIUM AT BULLIS SCHOOL <br />Council heard a general presentation by the parents of Bullis students on the <br />feasibility of a joint project for a multi-purpose auditorium at Bullis School. As <br />appropriate future discussions will be held. <br />PASSED BY CONSENSUS: Council agreed to include in the next Town Newsletter a <br />questionnaire surveying Town residents on the subject of a recreation center at <br />Bullis School and the possibility of a bond election to fund part of it. This survey <br />would be prepared by the school with consultation by Councilmember Bob Johnson. <br />Council further agreed to consider establishing a new Town Committee on <br />recreation if there was an interest on the part of residents in this project. Those <br />involved at the school in this project were urged to produce a work plan of how the <br />recreation center and its programs would be run (i.e. by volunteers? staff?). <br />3.
