Minutes of an Adjourned Regular Meeting <br /> 1r <br /> Town of Los Altos Hills <br /> City Council Meeting <br /> Wednesday, March 21, 1990, 6:00 P.M. <br /> Council Chambers, 26379 Fremont Road <br /> The Adjourned Regular Meeting of the City Council was called to order at 6:00 p.m. at <br /> Town Hall. <br /> I. ROLL CALL <br /> Present: Councilmembers Johnson, Siegel, Tryon and van Tamelen <br /> Absent: Mayor Casey <br /> Staff: City Manager Thomas Frutchey and City Clerk Pat Dowd <br /> `, 2. UPCOMING PROTECTS, PROCEDURES AND MILESTONES <br /> The City Manager had provided Council with copies of reports on City Manager Goals <br /> and Objectives for fiscal year 1990-91 both by subject and in chronological order. In <br /> addition they had received additional copies of background materials on local <br /> government paradigms in California. Council decided to discuss the goals and <br /> objectives document by subject at this meeting, to discuss the paradigms at the 6:00 <br /> p.m. meeting on the 4th of April and to continued discussion of the City Manager <br /> goals and objectives at a closed session at 6:00 p.m. on April 18th. <br /> The City Manager then discussed his report on goals and objectives. In part the report <br /> addressed creating and enhancing the sense of community; planning; utilities and <br /> infrastructure; public safety; personnel management; budget and finance and <br /> information management. Comments were made on the following: a Mayor's Brown <br /> Bag Lunch with Committee Members; training programs and an annual meeting at <br /> Town Hall to discuss issues of interest. Tryon suggested having a statement put on <br /> title reports which noted that purchasers should check with Town Hall for restrictions, <br /> ordinances, etc. Tryon also asked for copies of job descriptions. Regarding the issue of <br /> code enforcement, it was noted this would be discussed at the joint meeting. <br />
