Real Estate Signs <br />The City Planner reported that Council had approved a marketing plan with Fox & <br />Carskadcn which had included the placenent of real estate signs. Fox & Carskadon <br />had stated that they would remove the signs as soon as possible. <br />2. Lot #3 <br />The City Manager reported that escrow, had closed on Lot #3 and the loan be the <br />PADSD would be paid off early. <br />3. Petition from residents on Country Way <br />The Mayor noted she had received a letter from residents on Country Way con- <br />cerning drainage at the Matadero Creek Subdivision. A report on this matter <br />will be presented to Council at the next Council meeting. <br />C. CONSENT CALUMAR• <br />Items Removed: B.1 and B.2 (Allison); B.4.a) (City Planner); B.7. (resident) <br />M7TION SECONDED AMID CAWTED: Moved by Proft, seconded by Hillestad and passed <br />unanimously by all mambers present to approve the balance of the Consent Calendar, <br />specifically: <br />f 3.
