RESOLUTION PC 04-21 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS <br />HILLS APPROVING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT AND SITE DEVELOPMENT <br />PERMIT TO ALLOW FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A NEW RECREATIONAL <br />FACILITY AT 13891 CICERONI LANE <br />WHEREAS, The Town of Los Altos Hills received an application for a Site Development <br />Permit (SD20-0086) from Heera Basi on behalf of Campo Vista Lane, LLC for the construction <br />of new 10,016 square -foot gym with partial basement and other hardscape improvements at 13891 <br />Ciceroni Lane ("Project"); and <br />WHEREAS, the Town of Los Altos Hills Municipal Code Section 10-1.703 defines the <br />Project as a conditional use in the R -A District that requires a Conditional Use Permit approved <br />by the Planning Commission; and <br />WHEREAS, the Project is exempt from the provisions of the California Environmental <br />Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to Section 15303 since the project includes the construction of a <br />new accessory structure in a residential zone where public services are available; and <br />WHEREAS, the Project application was processed in accordance with the applicable <br />provisions of the California Government Code and the Los Altos Hills Municipal Code; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission held a duly noticed public hearing on the Project <br />on March 4, 2021 and considered all written documentation and public comments. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the Planning Commission of the Town of Los Altos Hills hereby <br />APPROVES the Conditional Use Permit (CUP21-0001) and Site Development Permit (SD20- <br />0086) subject to the findings contained in Exhibit "A" and the conditions contained in Exhibits <br />"B" and "C" and incorporated herein by reference. <br />The above and foregoing Resolution was passed and adopted by the Planning Commission of the <br />Town of Los Altos Hills at a regular meeting on the 4th day of March, 2021, by the following <br />vote: <br />AYES: Patel, Indaco, Couperous, Smith, Waschura <br />NAYS: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />By: <br />Rajiv P el, Chair <br />ATTEST: <br />achary Dahl, Planning and Building Director <br />Resolution PC 04-21 Page 1 of 10 <br />
