RESOLUTION PC 03-20 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS <br />HILLS APPROVING A SITE DEVELOPMENT PERMIT FOR LANDSCAPE <br />SCREENING AT 13875 MIR MIROU DRIVE <br />WHEREAS, The Town of Los Altos Hills received an application for a Site Development <br />Permit (SD20-0092) from John Aldrich for landscape screening associated with a previously <br />approved single-family residence with a main level and partial basement at 13875 Mir Mirou Drive <br />("Project"); and <br />WHEREAS, the Project is exempt from the provisions of the California Environmental <br />Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to Section 15304(b) since the project includes new landscaping, <br />including the replacement of existing conventional landscaping with water efficient or fire- <br />resistant landscaping; and <br />WHEREAS, the Project application was processed in accordance with the applicable <br />provisions of the California Government Code and the Los Altos Hills Municipal Code; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission held a duly noticed public hearing on the Project <br />on March 4, 2021 and considered all written documentation and public comments; and <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the Planning Commission of the Town of Los Altos Hills hereby <br />APPROVES the Site Development Permit (SD20-0092) subject to the Findings contained in <br />Exhibit "A" and the conditions contained in Exhibit "B" and incorporated herein by reference. <br />The above and foregoing Resolution was passed and adopted by the Planning Commission of the <br />Town of Los Altos Hills at a regular meeting held on the 4th day of March 2021, by the following <br />vote: <br />AYES: Patel, Indaco, Couperus, Smith, Waschura <br />NAYS: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />By: <br />� ✓v <br />Rajiv latel, Chair <br />ATTEST: <br />tZa ary Dahl, Panning and Building Director <br />Resolution PC 03-21 Page 1 <br />
