I RESOLUTION N0. 2-86 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS SETTING THE TIME AND PLACE OF HEARING ON PROPOSED CHANGES AND AMENDMENTS TO THE TEXT OF CHAPTER 1 OF TITLE 10 OF THE LOS ALTOS HILLS MUNICIPAL CODE ENTITLED "ZONING LAW OF THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS" REGULATING-THE USE OF BUILDINGS, STRUCTURES AND LAND; THE LOCATION, HEIGHT, BULK, NUMBER OF STORIES OF BUILDINGS AND STRUCTURES; THE SIZE AND USE OF LOTS, YARDS, COURTS AND OTHER OPEN SPACES; THE PERCENTAGE OF A LOT WHICH MAY BE OCCUPIED BY A BUILDING OR STRUCTURE; INTENSITY OF LAND USE; ESTABLISHING REQUIREMENTS FOR OFF-STREET PARKING AND BUILDING SETBACK LINES; AND PROVIDING FOR THE DIVISION OF THE TOWN INTO ZONES; AND RECOMMENDATION. CONCE_ RNING A PROPOSED NEGATIVE DECLARATION RESOLVED, by the Planning Commission of the City of the Town of Los Altos Hills , County of Santa Clara, State of California, that WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has studied a proposed Ordinance which would adopt a revised and amended Chapter 1 of Title 10 of the Los Altos Hills Municipal Code entitled "Zoning Law of the Town of Los Altos Hills" requlating the use of buildings, structures and land, the location, height, bulk, number of stories of buildings and structures, the size and use of lots , yards , courts and other open spaces, the percentage of a lot which may be occupied by a building or structure, intensity of land use, establish require- ments for off-street parking and building setback lines , and providing for the division of the Town into zones ; . and WHEREAS, there has been prepared and filed with the City Clerk a proposed NegativeL tclaration following, an initial study to determine whether the proposed revised and Amended Zoning Law may have a significant effect on the environment; and NOW, .
