RESOLUTION NO. 1-86 RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS SETTING THE TIME AND PLACE OF HEARING ON PROPOSED CHANGES AND AMENDMENTS TO THE TEXT OF CHAPTER 1 OF TITLE 10 OF THE LOS ALTOS HILLS MUNICIPAL CODE ENTITLED "ZONING LAW OF THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS" CONCERNING SETBACK LINES FOR RESIDENCE STRUCTURES AND RECOMMENDATION CONCERNING A PROPOSED NEGATIVE DECLARATION (AFFECTING LOTS THAT ABUT MORE THAN ONE STREET, EASEMENT OR OFFICIAL PLAN LINE) WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has studied certain proposed amendments to Chapter 1 of Title 10 , Section 10-1. 504 (c) of the Los Altos Hills Municipal Code entitled "Zoning Law of the Town of Los Altos Hills" regulating the choice of setback lines for residential structures and, WHEREAS, there has been prepared and filed with the City Clerk a proposed Negative Declaration following an initial study to deter- mine whether the proposed changes and amendments may have a signifi- cant effect on the environment; and NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED as follows : 1. The Planning Commission hereby declares its intention to consider said proposed changes and amendments to the Town Zoning Law described above, and does hereby set the hour of 7 :30 o 'clock p.m. , on Wednesday, June 25 , 1986 , in the Council Chambers , Town Hall, 26379 Fremont Road, Los Altos Hills, California, as the time and place for public hearing thereon as required by the Los Altos Hills Municipal Code and the Government Code of California, and as the time and place when it proposes to make a recommendation to the City Council concerning adoption of the Negative Declaration described above. 2 . The Secretary of the Planning Commission is hereby ordered and directed to cause notice of the Public Hearing to be made by doing each of the following things not less than ten (10) days prior
