RESOLUTION NO. 80-1 RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS DECLARING INTENTION TO CONSIDER AMENDMENTS TO THE TEXT OF CHAPTER 5 OF TITLE 9 OF THE LOS ALTOS HILLS MUNICIPAL CODE ENTITLED "ZONING LAW OF THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS" , AND SETTING TIME AND PLACE OF HEARING THEREON WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has caused to be prepared amendments to the Los Altos Hills Municipal Code , to wit : 1 . To add a new Section to be numbered Section 9-5 . 208 (1) to define "building coverage" , - 2 . To amend Section 9- 5 . 209 to redefine "building height" . 3 . To amend Section 9-5 . 502 concerning building coverage and to add thereto regulations concerning "impervious surfacing" . 4 . To amend Subsection (a) of Section 9- 5 . 503 regulating the height of structures . NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED as follows : 1 . The Planning Commission hereby declares its intention to consider said proposed amendments to the Town Zoning Law described above , and does hereby set the hour of 7 : 45 o ' clock p .m. , on Wednesday, March 12, 1980 , in the Council Chambers , Town Hall , 26379 Fremont Road, Los Altos Hills , California, as the time and place for public hearing thereon as required by the Los Altos Hills Municipal Code and the Government Code of California. 2 . The Secretary of the Planning Commission is hereby ordered and- directed to cause notice of the Public Hearing to be held by the Planning Commission to be made by posting in at least three (3) public places in the Town, not less than ten (10) calendar days prior to the day of hb-aring, a Notice of Public Hearing.
