RESOLUTION NO. 79-6 RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS DECLARING INTENTION TO CONSIDER TENNIS COURT POLICY AND SETTING TIME AND PLACE OF HEARING THEREON" WHEREAS , the Planning Commission desires to solicit and consider recommendations concerning a tennis court construction and use policy for the City of the Town of Los Altos Hills including correspondence from interested persons ; information from neighboring communities; information from a survey of Town residents ' opinions on tennis court policy; statistical information relating to building permits issued for tennis courts including but not limited to courts requiring more than six (6) feet of grading;maintenance, location and landscaping of tennis courts and suitability of larger lots for tennis courts , respectively; clay courts versus other types of courts , the term "tennis courts ' also to include paddle and platform tennis courts , NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED as _follows : 1. The Planning Commission hereby declares its intention to consider recommendations concerning a tennis court policy as .described above, and does hereby set the hour of 7 : 30 o' clock p.m. , on Wednesday, September 26, 1979, in the Council Chambers , Town Hall, 26379 Fremont Road,- Los Altos Hills , California, as the time and place for a public hearing to receive in writing and orally sug- gestions and recommendations from the Citizens of the City of the Town of Los Altos Hills relating to the formulation of a contemporary tennis court policy. 2 . The Secretary of the Planning Commission is hereby ordered and directed to cause notice of the Public Hearing to be held by the Planning Commission to be made by posting in at least three (3) pub-Zic - places in the Town not less than ten (10) calendar days prior to the day of hearing a Notice of Public Hearing.
