CITY COUNCIL <br />TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS <br />26379 Fremont Road <br />Los Altos Hills, California <br />MINUTES OF AN ADJOURNED MEETING <br />August 5, 1975 <br />i,ayor Grabowski called the Adjourned Meeting of the City Council to order at <br />2:30 P.M. in the Council Chambers of Town Hall for the purpose of a Joint <br />Study Session with the Planning Commission on the Application for a Conditional <br />Use Permit for Adobe Creek Lodge: <br />A. ROLL CALL: <br />Present: Councilmen Cheney, Helgesson, Councilwoman Miller, Mayor <br />Grabowski <br />Planning Commissioners Brown, Hillestad, Proft, Young, Chairman <br />Carico. <br />Absent: Councilman McReynolds <br />Planning Commissioners Perkins, Schick. <br />Staff: City Manager Robert Crowe, City Attorney Frank Gillio. <br />oar B. PRESENT BUSINESS: <br />Discussion of Conditions of Plannin Commission on A licationof <br />Conditional Use Permit, dobe Cree Lodge: <br />Present during discussion were Mr. David Bellucci, Applicant, and Mr. <br />William Zoller, Attorney representing Applicant. <br />The Council, Planning Commission and Applicant discussed the background <br />and development of conditions recommended to Council in relation to the <br />Bellucci Conditional Use Permit application. <br />Councilman Cheney recommended the following changes: <br />Condition 4: Normal activities shall not result in more than 200 vehicles <br />or 1,000 persons on the property at any given time, except <br />as may be approved by the City Council for special events. <br />Condition 5: Delete last sentence. <br />Condition 13: Add, "Special club events of 150 or more persons and <br />estimated number of cars." <br />Condition 20: b) Conform with all Town Ordinances. <br />AV <br />
