Helgesson called the Adjourned Meeting of the City Council <br />to order at 4:00 PM in the Council Chambers of Town Hall, 26379 Fremont Road: <br />A. ROLL CALL: <br />Present: Councilmen Cheney, Grabowski, Councilwoman Miller, Mayor <br />Helgesson. <br />Absent: Councilman McReynolds <br />Staff: City Manager Bruce Lawson, City Attorney Frank Gillio, Deputy <br />City Clerk Norma Hislop <br />B. COMMUNICATIONS: <br />1. Mr. Lawson informed Council that the Santa Clara County Board of <br />Supervisors had notified the Town of a meeting of the Historical <br />Heritage Committee meeting on March 15, 1974 at 10:00 A.M. regarding <br />Proposition 1 on the June 4th ballot. Mrs. Fava will attend as the <br />Town's representative, and any Council member wishing to attend was <br />invited. <br />C. RESOLUTIONS FOR ADOPTION: <br />1. Resolution #754, a Resolution of the City Council of the Town of Los <br />Altos Hills declaring the result of its canvass of the General Municipal <br />Election held on March 5, 1974 for the purpose of electing two members <br />of the City Council, and of the Special Revenue Limit increase and <br />Annual Governing Board member elections in the Palo Alto Unified School <br />District partially consolidated with the General Municipal Election. <br />City declaringrthe resultsFrank iofitheXelectionlained iofdetail March 5I,e1974,1ution which shalldbebpart <br />of the official minutes of this Council meeting. <br />MOTION SECONDED AND CARRIED: Councilman Grabowski moved, seconded by Council- <br />woman Miller and unanimously carried to adopt Resolution #754. <br />B. OATH OF OFFICE - NEW COUNCILMEN: <br />Councilman Robert C. Cheney and Councilman Stanley W. Grabowski, having <br />been declared elected to the City Council for a term of four years ending <br />March, 1978, avid having filed campaign statements with the City Clerk <br />prior to this meeting, City Manager Bruce Lawson administered the oath <br />of office and the Councilmen were re -seated, and the new Council reconvened. <br />�r <br />
