ROLL CALL: <br />Present: Councilmen Cheney, Helgesson, McReynolds, Councilwoman Miller, <br />Mayor Grabowski, E Commissioner Se44k for Planning Commission. <br />C�k o <br />Staff: City Manager Bruce Lawson, City Attorney Frank Gillio, City <br />Engineer Alex Russell, Deputy City Clerk Norma Hislop. <br />B. CONSENT CALENDAR: <br />At the request of Councilman Cheney, Items 3a and 3b were removed from <br />the CONSENT CALENDAR. Mayor Grabowski and City Manager Bruce Lawson asked <br />that the Minutes of June 12th avid June 5th be removed for separate <br />consideration. <br />ITEMS REMOVED FROM THE CONSENT CALENDAR FOR SEPARATE CONSIDERATION: <br />1. Appro\'•=1_of Minutes: <br />Mr. Lawson requested that the Minutes of June 5th be corrected under <br />Item F1, page 6, to reflect that the Public Hearing portion of SAD #10 <br />had been closed at that meeting, and the only action continued by <br />Council was their decision on the matter and the ensuing actions. <br />Councilwoman Miller asked that the Report from the Pathway Committee, <br />Iter E1, p. 2 be clarified in that the subdivision map clearly showed <br />a right of way for a path, but it was impossible to build because of <br />the impossible road conditions. (M -.nates of June 5, 1974) <br />Mayor Grabowski stated that in the Minutes of June 12, 1974, E1, p. 3, <br />para. 4 relating to the existing structures, condition #7 should be <br />that the existing buildings be allowed to remain for a period of five <br />years or until further development of said parcel, or whichever comes <br />first. <br />L <br />
