Banson called the Regular Meeting of the City Council of the <br />Town of Los Altos Hills to order at 7:50 P. M. in the Council Chambers of <br />the Tam Hall, 26379 Fremont Road, Los Altos Hills, With the following <br />members answering roll calls Present: Councilman Corbett, Davey, Grabowski <br />and Mayor Hanson. Absents Councilman Helgesson. <br />PLANNING COMMISSION REPRBSRM'ATIVEs Chairman Priscilla Weisbart <br />APPROVAL CIP MINUTESs <br />October 5, 1970• <br />Councilman Corbett moved, seconded by Grabowski and carried by majority roll <br />call vote (Councilman Davey voting No, Councilman Helgesson Absent) that the <br />Minutes of October 5, 1970 be approved as written. <br />Lot October 19, 1970: <br />Councilman Grabowski mesad, seconded by Corbett and carried by majority roll <br />call vote (Councilman Davey voting No, Councilman Helgesson Absent) that the <br />Minutes of October 19, 1970 be approved as written. <br />COM UNICATIOIS7 <br />1. California Regional Water Quality Control Board asked for Council <br />comments on their proposed resolution which would require the Tam to advise <br />them of all proposed developments that would involve the discharge of waste. <br />NOTION, SECONDED AND CARRIED: <br />Councilman Grabowski moved, seconded by Corbett and carried unanimously, <br />that Staff advise the Board of the Tam's disapproval of the resolution in <br />total and urge that the present procedure be continued whereby all <br />subdivision maps are submitted to the Santa Clara County Health Department. <br />2. LAFCO advised of public hearing November 11 to consider annexation to <br />the Tam of Los Altos Hills of one-half of a stretch of road near O'Keefe <br />and Summerhill. Tam Engineer explained the other one-half belongs to <br />Los Altos and that this section of road has been arced by the County. <br />MOTION, SECONDED AND CARRIBDs Councilman Corbett moved, seconded by <br />Grabowski and carried unanimously to accept the recommendation of the Local <br />Agency Formation Commission, whereby the Tam of Los Altos Hills would <br />annex that portion of the southern half of O'Keefe and Summerhill Avenue <br />and the eastern half of El Monte Avenue between said avenues and a line <br />576 feet west of 91 Monte and a line 1120 feet east of 81 Monte. <br />
