Henley called the Regular Meeting of the City Council of the <br />Town of Los Altos Hills to order at 7`.45 P. M. in the Council Chambers of the <br />Town Ha11, 26379 Fremont Road, Los Altos Hills, with the following members <br />answering Roll Call: Present: Councilmen Aiken, Benson, Davey, Towle, and <br />Mayor Henley. Lachenbruch <br />APPROVAL OF MII+1-JTES: February 19, 1568 <br />Add the following Sections to P. 1: <br />Unsche'.ulcd Item No. 1. <br />RIIQU3ST FOR EXTENSION OF TIME TO FIL3 FINAL MAP - OLIVER WHEELER: <br />MOTION, SL'COND3D AND CARRIED: Motion by Councilman Aiken, Seconded by Davey <br />and carri_d unanimously, that a one year extension (to March 7, 1559) of <br />time ba granted to Mr. ✓Jheeler, pursuant to recent amendments in the State <br />Plannijg Set which allow such an extension. <br />Unscheduled Item No. 2. <br />OFFER TO D3DICATE CERTAIN PROPERTY FOR 3TR62T PURPOSES - ✓h 1. RISK,: <br />City i4anager read letter from Mr, Rieke, noting conditions of the proposed <br />dedication. Council directed City AYiorney to discuss the proposed condi- <br />cions with Air. Larson, County Department of Public ✓forks, dated <br />February 29, 1968, re: inclusion of Hilltop Drive Area in County's <br />Sanitary Sewer i,ssessment District. City Manager noted cost estimate <br />of $250 - 350 for capacity right fees per typical unit (plus $104.50 <br />connection fee). <br />Council discussion ensued with Floor participation by Charles a, ':Jalter, <br />Jr., <br />2<2d0 Suizaerhill Avenue. Mr. Halter noted that over 50% of the property <br />owners in this area have expressed interest (via informal petition) in <br />supporting this project. <br />
