CITY COUNCIL <br />TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS <br />MINUTES OF A REGULAR MEETING <br />41Wi'arch 1E, 1968 <br />REEL 6, SIDE 2, TRACK n -- FOOTAGE 00 - 856 <br />Mayor Albert T. Henley called toe Regular Neeting of the City Council of the <br />Town of Los Altos Hills to order at 7:52 P. M. in the Council Chambers of the <br />Town Hall, 26379 Fremont Road, Los Altos Hills, with the following members <br />answering Roll Call: Present: Councilmen Aiken, Benson, Davey, Fowle, <br />Mayor Henley. Absent: None. <br />PLANNITdG COMMISSION REPRESENTAT NE: Commissioner L. Dawson. <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES: March 4, 1968. <br />Amendment: P. A, Item 4, Slope Density, 6th line from bottom, amend to <br />read "....then 1.0 acre is the minimum lot size." <br />Upon Motion by Councilman Fowle, Seconted by Davey, the Minutes of March 4, <br />1968 were unanimously approved as amended. <br />COAi•11iICAT IONS: Reel 6 <br />Side 2 <br />City Aanager read the following communications: Track 4 <br />17 <br />1) 16rs. Florence Fava, 26691 Moody Road, dated March 6, 1968 re: <br />opposition to proposed Septic Tank Ordinance. <br />2) Notice to Property Owners, Sewer Assessment District No. 3, dated <br />march o, 1963, re: estimated assessment of $2,045.00 for Town Hall site. <br />No protest was voiced by the Council. <br />3) Comiaittee for Green Foothills dated Parch 8, 1968 requesting Council <br />support for "38 231, which provides for extention of powers of the Bay <br />Conservation and Development Commission for 90 days past the last day of the <br />1550 State Legislature session". <br />NCTIOp, SECONDdD AND CARRIED: Counci Lean •towle moved, Seconded by Davey, <br />and carried unanimously, that the Council go on record as supporting SB 231. <br />^) Ralp:� A. Aehrkens, Chairman of the Board of Supervisors, County of Santa <br />Clara, dated March 12, 1968, requesting The Council's response regarding <br />Santa Clara County's position on ABAG. <br />Council concurred that the County's position should be studied and this matter <br />re-agendaed for April 1st. <br />5) V.rgnia N1, Summit, 13390 Lennox Jay, dated March 10, 19689 re: air <br />pollution problems in the community. <br />Council concurred that this matter should be deferred for study and re-agendaed <br />two for April 1st. <br />
