Benson <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES: January 13, 1965• <br />Action deferred to February 1, 1965 _ <br />Meeting. <br />COMMUNICATIONS: None. - <br />ANNOUNCEMENTS: None. <br />CJ COMMITTEE REPORTS: <br />1. Path Construction Priority - City Manager. <br />The City Manager submitted to the Council a priority list <br />for path construction, which was discussed -and recommended <br />for approval by the Planning Commission at its meeting of <br />December. 28n, with one addition, namely: 7A -- Westerly <br />side of Fremont Road from-Robleda Hills Unit #2 to <br />Robleda Road; <br />Council will study the report and the matter will be taken <br />up at the February 1st meeting. <br />2. Per .Lot Assessment - City Manager.' <br />In compliance with the Council's request for an estimate as <br />to the time involved on a per lot assessment study, the City <br />Manager was of the opinion if a member of the Staff or an <br />interested individual were available to work full time on the <br />.project, it could be accomplished in 30 to 60 days; however, <br />under the present'work circumstances of the Staff, it would - <br />require four to five months. <br />It .appeared to Councilman -Bowler that determining the "per <br />lot assessment" figure was not the critical part, and that <br />
