CITY COUNCIL <br />TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS <br />MINUTES OF A REGULAR PTEETING <br />October 5, 1964 <br />The Regular Meeting of the City Council of the Town of Los Altos <br />Hills was called to order by Mayor Wm. B. Clayton, Monday, <br />October 5, 1964 at 7:56 F. M. at the Town Hall, 26379 Fremont <br />Road, Los Altos Hills, California. <br />ROLL CALL: PRESENT: Councilmen Aiken, Bowler, Fowle <br />Mayor Clayton <br />ABSENT: Councilman Henley <br />MINUTES: September 21, 1964. <br />ACTION: <br />Adopt Minutes of September 21, 1964 as submitted. <br />COMMUNICATIONS: <br />1. Letters and petitions relating to traffic deferred to <br />Committee Reports, Traffic Study. <br />2. Letter dated October 5, 1964 signed by the Presidents of the <br />Purissima and Bullis Parent Teachers Associations expressing <br />appreciation to the Council for the prompt action in providing <br />a crossing guard at Bullis School. <br />3. District Engineer, Division of Highways (JerryO'Shea) - Letter <br />dated October 1, 1964 regarding Council action on lighting for <br />Freeway interchanges. <br />Los Altos Hills Association letter dated September 29, 1964, <br />stating position as being opposed to such lighting. <br />Both letters were read by City Manager and deferred to end of <br />meeting. <br />ANNOUNCEMENTS: None. <br />VUfiI!I'T'TBE hb±UHTD': <br />1. Traffic Study - Staff and Councilman Aiken. <br />The City Manager reported the Staff had cooperated with <br />Councilman Aiken in a traffic study, and that Councilman Aiken <br />- had prepared such a report for presentation. <br />The City Manager stated the following communications and. <br />(� petitions had been received in conjunction with the traffic <br />problems: <br />
