CITY COUNCIL, <br />TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS <br />MINUTES OF A PEGULAR MEETING <br />March 7, 1966 <br />The Regular Meeting of the City Council of the Town of Los Altos <br />Hills was called to order by Mayor Albert T. Henley, Monday, <br />March 7, 1966 at 7:55 F. N. at the Town Hall, 26379 Fremont Road, <br />Los Altos Hills, California. <br />ROLL CALL: FRESENT: Councilmen Aiken, Bowler, Clayton, Fowle, <br />Mayor Henley <br />ABSENT: None <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />REPRESENTATIVE: Commissioner Charles R. Garbett <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES: February 21, 1966. <br />ACTION: <br />Adopt Minutes of February 21, 1966 <br />as submitted. <br />The Mayor will direct a letter to Council and Staff regarding <br />Council S'inutes. <br />PLANNING COMMISSION REFERRAL: <br />1. Recommendation of Approval of Page Mill Road Fath System <br />City Attorney advised the recommendation would not involve any <br />amendment to the General Flan and could be adopted by resolution. <br />Deferred to RESOLUTIONS of the Agenda. <br />OLD BUSINESS: <br />1. Wheeler Subdivision (310-65) 2 lots - Engr. Mastin & Kingston. <br />The Mayor asked for a Motion to initiate discussion. In view <br />of the report from the Parks Committee and the apparent general <br />feeling of the residents in the area to confine Central Drive <br />to a private road, Councilman C1 cyton proposed: <br />ACTION: <br />That the Tentative Map of Oliver Wheeler (310-65) <br />be approved, subject to the following conditions: <br />1) That this Council accept the dedication which <br />Mr. Wheeler has made of the one acre park, <br />2) That the Council further accept a non -vehicular <br />access through Central Drive, and <br />3) That Mr. Wheeler not be required to dedicate <br />the 60' right of way as recommended by the <br />Planning Commission. <br />MOTION: Clayton; SECOND: Aiken <br />
