• • RESOLUTION NO. 1197 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS ACCEPTING CERTAIN IMPROVEMENTS, HAYWARD ACRES SUB- DIVISION, TRACT #6097. WHEREAS, certain improvements were required to be constructed as a condition of approval of the Final Subdivision Map, entitled "HAYWARD ACRES", Tract No. 6097, the improvements being more particularly set forth in the "Tentative Checklist", of the said subdivision, as recommended by the Planning Commission at their regular meeting of February 13, 1974, and amended by the City Council on February 20, 1974, and on the improvement plans for said subdivision; and, WHEREAS, the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills authorized the Mayor, on behalf of the City Council , to execute that certain Subdivision Agreement between the Town of Los Altos Hills and the developers; and, WHEREAS, a Subdivision Agreement was executed by the Mayor of the Town of Los Altos Hills; and, WHEREAS, a Performance Bond was executed by a Time Certificate of Deposit in the amount of $68,000.00 and was posted with the Town of Los Altos Hills; and, WHEREAS, •the Ctty EnOt eel^ >has certified by memorandum, dated February I , 1979, that he has inspected the site and that the improvements have been satisfactorily completed in accordance with the Approved Checklist and the Subdivision Improvement Plans, as approved by the City Engineer on December 5, 1977. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills that said improvements be and same are hereby accepted. REGULARLY passed and adopted this 2nd day of May , 1979.
