III III . • RESQLUTION NQ. 1185 RESOLUTION OF THECITY 'COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TH.E TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS SETTTNG THE TIME- AND PLACE. OF HEARING ON A PROPOSED; OR.DINANCE TO ESTABLISH TRUCK TRAFFIC ROUTES AND REDUCE WETGHT LIMITS WHEREAS, a City is required to hold a public hearing prior to ' determining to reduce weight limits on any city street on which money from the State-: Highway Account in the State Transportation Fund has been or is used for construction and maintenance thereof; and • WHEREAs,. there has been submitted to the City Council for its consideration an ordinance amending Article 12 entitled °Truck. Traffic Routes" of Ch.apter. 3 of Title 4 of the Los Altos Hills Muni- cipal Code, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED as follows : • 1. The time and place 'for the public, hearing before the City Council and when all interested parties may submit 'and present written and oral objections to the adoption of the proposed ordinance, to the City Council is 'hereby. set at the hour of 7 ; 30 o ' clock P.M. , on Wednesday,, May .16 , 1979 , in the -Council Chambers, Town Hall, 26379 Fremont Road, Los Altos Hills, California,. which . date will be not .less than sixty (60). days after the first publica-, tion of the Notice of Public Hearing a.nd .asrequired by Section 35705 of the Vehicle Code of California. 2.
