MANN, Recorder Santa-Clara County, Official- Records -- - - - - A-RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL- OF THE CITY OF THE-TOWN OF l OS ALTOS HILLS ACCEPTING CERTAIN EASEMENTS ON BEHALF OF THE PUBLIC RESOLVED, by the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills, County of Santa Clara, State of California, that WHEREAS, the City Council at a meeting held on October 6, 1976, approved the final subdivision map entitled "TRACT NO. 5874", which there- after was recorded on October 22, 1976, in Book 381 of Maps at Pages 51 and 52 in the office of the County Recorder of Santa Clara County, California; IP and, WHEREAS, at the time of approving the above described subdivision map, the City Council , as indicated by the City Clerk's Certificate, did reject on behalf of the public all parcels of land offered for dedication to public.. use. NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY FOUND, ORDERED AND DETERMINED as follows: I . The public interest, welfare and convenience require that the City of the Town of Los Altos Hills accept the hereinafter described easements offered for dedication. . 2. The City Council hereby accepts on. behalf of the public all ease- ments for streets and portions of streets (Parcel 'A' ) as shown on said map within said subdivision. Easements for publicutilities, storm drain, water line slope easement, under, on or over those certain strips of land designated as P.U.E. (Public Utility Easement) and/or S.D.E. (Storm Drain Easement) and/or P.H.C.W.D.E. (Purissima Hills County Water District Easements) and/or S.E.
