ORDINANCE NO. 250 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS AMENDING CHAPTER 4 ENTITLED "SUBDIVISIONS" OF TITLE 9 OF THE LOS ALTOS HILLS MUNICIPAL CODE BY ADDING THERETO SECTION 9-4.310. The City Council of the City of the Town of Los Altos Hills does ORDAIN as follows: SECTION 1. AMENDMENT OF CODE. Section 9-4.310 be and the same hereby is added to Chapter 4 of Title 9 of the Los Altos Hills Municipal Code to read as follows: Section 9-4.310. If one of two or more contiguous parcels or units of land in the City of the Town of Los Altos Hills owned by the same owner does not conform to standards for minimum parcel or lot size to permit its use or development under the Zoning Law of the City of the Town of Los Altos Hills or the Subdivision Chapter or any other provision of the Los Altos Hills Municipal Code or any uncodified ordi- nance of the City of the Town of Los Altos Hills, and at least one of such contiguous parcels or units is not developed with a building for which a permit has been issued by the City of the Town of Los Altos Hills or which was built prior to the time such permits were required by the City of the Town of Los Altos Hills, then such parcels shall be merged for the purpose of the Subdivision Map Act of the State of California, and specifically Section 66424.2 of the Government Code of California.
