OHDINANCE No. 251 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF THE TagN OF ICS ALTOS HILLS, KknDING SECTION 9-4.205, AND SUBSECTION (c) OF SECt'ION 9-4.604, RESPECTIVELY, OF CAAIMM 4 ENTITLED "SUBDIVISIONS" OF TTTLE 9 ENTITLED "PLANNING AND ZONING" OF THE LOS ALTOS HIT.TC MUNICIPAL CODE. The City Council of the City of the Town of Los Altos Hills does ORDAIN as follows: SECTION 1. AMEND= OF CODE. Section 9-4.205 of Chapter 4, entitled "Subdivisions" of Title 9 of. the Los Altos Hills Municipal Code hereby is amended to read as follows: Section 9-4.205, Average Parcel Slope. For any parcel, the average slope is the value•.S,in percent, computed in accordance with Section 9-4.604 (b) (3). SECTION 2. A?nM"MTT OF CODE. Subsection (c) of Section 9-4.604 of Chapter 4, entitled "Subdivisions" of. Title 9 of the Ltzs Altos Hills Municipal Code hereby is amended to read as follows: Section 9-4.604. Lot Size and Requirements. (c) An exception shall be permitted in computing the net acreage in a proposed subdivision creating not more than three (3) lots where the parcel proposed to be subdivided was fo=d prior to the incorporation of the City. For slope density calculations, the net area shall be mnputed from the existing riot -of -way line, except when the existing riot -of -way is less than forty feet (40'), in which case the net area shall be conputed from a line twenty feet (20') from the center lire of the existing right-of-way.
