ORDINANCE NO. 253 <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS <br />AMENDING SECTION 3-1.204 OF CHAPTER 1 OF. TITLE 3 AND <br />RELETTERING SUBSECTION (k) OF SECTION 9-5.703 of <br />CHAPTER 5 OF TITLE 9, RESPECTIVELY, OF THE LOS ALTOS <br />HILLS MUNICIPAL CODE <br />The City Council of the City of the Town of Los Altos Hills <br />does ordain as follows: <br />SECTION 1. REPEAL. Subsection (c) of Section 3-1.204, <br />of Article 2 of Chapter 1 entitled "Business Licenses" of Title <br />3 of the Los Altos Hills Municipal Code, be the same hereby is <br />repealed. <br />SECTION 2. RELETTERING SUBSECTION. The new subsection <br />lettered (k) of Section 9-5.703 of Chapter 5 entitled "Zoning" <br />of Title 9 of the Los Altos Hills Municipal Code and reading <br />"Any vehicular access to secondary dwelling shall <br />be by a common driveway with the primary dwelling" <br />and adopted by Ordinance No. 246 be and the same <br />hereby is relettered as Subsection (1). <br />SECTION 3. URGENCY; EFFECTIVE DATE; POSTING. <br />This ordinance is an urgency ordinance and is for the immediate <br />preservation of the public peace, health and welfare. The facts <br />constituting the urgency are these: <br />The City of the Town of Los Altos Hills is in the process of <br />having its Municipal Code updated and made current. It has been <br />discovered that through inadvertance subsection (c) of Section <br />3-1.204 which was attempted to be repealed heretofore was not <br />repealed because by clerical error the subsection to be repealed <br />was listed as (d) which did not exist, instead of (c). It has <br />been further discovered that through inadvertance two Subsections <br />lettered (k) were added to Section 9-5.703 since the last updating <br />
