V J ORDINANCE NO. 254 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS AMENDING CHAPTER 2, ENTITLED "NOISE" OF TITLE 5 OF THE LOS ALTOS HILLS MUNICIPAL CODE BY AMENDING SECTION 5-2.02 THEREOF The City Council of the City of the Town of Los Altos Hills does ORDAIN as follows: SECTION 1. AMENDMENT OF CODE. Subsection (a) of Section 5-2.02 of Chapter 2, entitled "Noise of Title 5 of the Los Altos Hills Municipal Code be and the same hereby is amended to read as follows: Section 5-2.02. Standards. The below prescribed standards are hereby established to be applicable to the classifications indicated when measured as follows: network labeled "C" and to the F (Fast) sub -network. SECTION 2. EFFECTIVE DATE: POSTING. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect(30) days from and after its passage and shall be posted within the City of the Town of Los Altos Hills in three (3) public places. Mayor Pro Tem ATTEST: City Clerk I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Ordinance was introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of the Town of Los Altos Hills on July 18 , 1979, and was thereafter passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council held on August 1. 1979. (a) Use a standard noise level meter as prescribed by ANSI-SI.4. All measurements will be taken with the meter switched to the weighting network labeled "C" and to the F (Fast) sub -network.
