ORDINANCE NO. 163 AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS IMPOSING A MORATORIUM UPON BUILDING, SITE: DEVELOPMENT BUILDING SITE APPROVAL, SUBDIVISION, USE PERMITS, CONDITISNAL USES, AND VARIANCES WITHIN A PORTION OF THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS. The City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills,California, does hereby ordain as follows: SECTION I. The City Council hereby finds and determines that the Planning Commission of the Town of Los Altos Hills is conducting and will continue to conduct studies concerned with, without limitation, existing and proposed land use,density, traffic circulation, drainage, utility supplies, and needed regulations in connection therewith, all with regard to a portion of the Town of Los Altos Hills the exact boundaries of which said portion are shown upon Exhibit A attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein. The City Council further finds and determines that continued development of said area without completion of said studies will render said studies less valuable, and will irreversibly interfere with proper planning and development of said area. SECTION II. No building permit, site development permit, building site approval, use permit, conditional use, variance, or subdivision relating to any of the property within the area shown on Exhibit A shall be granted or issued by the Town of Los Altos Hills. The prohibition contained in this section shall be effective only for a period of six (6) months from and after the effective date of this ordinance, and shall then, unless further extended by the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills, expire and be of no further force or effect.
