ORDINANCE NO. 200 AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS AMENDING CERTAIN SECTIONS OF THE LOS ALTOS HILLS MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO COUNCIL MEETINGS. The City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills does hereby ordain as follows: SECTION 1. Code Amended. The following sections of the Los Altos Hills Municipal Code are amended to read as follows: Sec. 2-1.101(a) Time: Place. The Council shall hold regular meetings on the first and third Wednesdays in each month at the hour of 7:45 p.m. in the Council Chamber of the Town Hall, 26379 Fremont Road in the Town, or in such other place within the Town limits to which the meeting may be adjourned. If, by reason of fire, flood, or other emergency, it shall be unsafe to meet in the Town Hall, meetings may be held at such other place as is designated by the Mayor for the duration of the emergency or, if he should fail to act, by four (4) members of the Council." "Sec. 2-1.104. Agenda. All reports, communications, ordinances, resolutions, contract documents, and other matters to be submitted to the Council at a regular meeting shall be delivered to the City Clerk not later than 10:00 a.m. on the Thursday preceding the meeting. The City Clerk shall prepare the agenda of all such matters under the direction of the City Manager. The agenda shall be available to Council members not later than 3:00 p.m. on the Friday preceding the Wednesday Council meeting to which the agenda pertains, and it shall be made available to the public no later than 8:30 a.m, on the day of the meeting.
