ORDINANCE NO. 231 <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS <br />AMENDING SECTION 6-1.103 OF CHAPTER 1 ENTITLED <br />"ANIMALS" OF TITLE 6 OF THE LOS ALTOS HILLS <br />MUNICIPAL CODE <br />The City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills does ordain <br />as follows: <br />SECTION 1. AMENDMENT OF CODE. Section 6-1.103 of Chapter 1 <br />entitled "Animals" of Title 6 of the Los Altos Hills Municipal Code <br />is hereby amended to read as follows: <br />Section 6-1.103. Amendments: Section B4-41: <br />License Fees. Section B4-41 of said County Ordinance <br />No. NS -600.9 is hereby amended to read as follows: <br />Sec. B4-41. License Fees. <br />A dog license fee of eight dollars ($8.00) per <br />annum shall be paid for each dog within the county, <br />except that the fee for a spayed female or neutered <br />male shall be four dollars ($4.00). <br />The director of public health or his designated <br />representative may require the submission of a <br />certificate of a licensed veterinarian stating that <br />a dog has been spayed or neutered prior to issuance <br />of a license at the lesser fee. <br />An additional fee of three dollars ($3.00) shall <br />be paid for a license purchased more than sixty (60) <br />days after notice to the owner to obtain a license or <br />sixty (60) days after expiration of a license. <br />
