NO. 4169 RHUS 'RIDGE RANCHOS'.'-,- which thereafter was recorded on. February 11, 1971 in Book 278 of Maps at Pages 52 , 53 and 54 in the office of • the County Recorder of Santa Clara County, ' California; and .
