OF LOS ALTOS .HILLS ACCEPTING CERTAIN STREETS ON(:BHSL '„r .< ',J • OF THEW PUBLIC REGIS;RA R ; CORtb5 RESOLVED, by. the City Council of the City of .the Town of Los - - Altos_, Hills-, County of Santa Clara, State of California, that - • _WHEREAS, that certain- subdivision map entitled "MAP OF LOS ALTOS VILLA TRACT BEING-A. SUBDIVISION OF PART .OF LOT NO. 13 OF THE MESA TRACT IN THE RANCHO PURISSIMA CONCEPCION"- was recorded . . - on September 8, 1913, in Book 0 of ,Maps at Page 41., and WHEREAS , said subdivision map contained a. dedication of streets shown .thereon in 'the following language, to wit: - "All streets .. dedicated .as shown to the. public forever';" and . WHEREAS, at ..the time of the .approval. of the above-described ' subdivision map, it does .not. appear that the Board of Supervisors of the County of. Santa Clara accepted said dedication; .and WHEREAS, the City ,of the Town of Los Altos. Hills upon its • _ incorporation succeeded to all right, title and. interest of the County of Santa Clara. in and to any county highway within the • 'territory -so incorporated, pursuant to Section .98,9 of the.
