f yt ,evitf — 14 4'7 J.�4 V to -i{67 ORDINANCE N O. n An Ordinance of the Town of Los Altos Hills fixing a fee to be paid upon division of land on account of improvements in the nature of drainage and street installations as related to the area. The City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills does hereby ordain as follows: SECTION ONE: Any person who desires to divide into two or more parcels an area of land then in one ownership, as shown upon the last assessment roll, shall make application and pay the fee as here- inafter provided. Provided that any parcel for which a fee has been paid shall be credited for one fee before any subsequent division of which it is a parcel. SECTION TWO: The Fee shall be $200.00 per each land division for drainage and shall be paid into a designated Subdivision Drainage Fund which shall be expended in drainage provision as deemed required for the drainage affected by such division in the general area thereof. SECTION THREE: The fee shall be $300.00 per each land division for street improvement outside of, but for the general area of the land so divided and shall be paid into a designated Subdivi- sion Street Improvement Fund. It shall be expended in street im- provement deemed necessary by reason of the division and in the gen- eral area thereof which shall not extend more than 2000 feet from the boundaries and on a public street affected. SECTION FOUR: Payment of the fees established herein shall a be due and payable by cash or suitable bond upon filing of„fiHal lap- and ap-and no final map shall be approved until such payment is made. Any balance from such payment not used or contracted for within three (3) years from the date of payment shall be returned to the person or entity paying the same. Page 1
