O R D I N A N C E N 0. 48 ` <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS FIXING \\\\ <br />THE AMOUNT OF REVENUE DEEMED-7ECESSARY, FROM PROPERTY TAXES, <br />TO SUPPORT THE DEPARTMENTS OF THE TOWN OF IAS ALTOS HILLS FOR <br />THE CURRENT YEAR AND PAY ITS INDEBTEDNESS. <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE T014N OF LOS ALTOS HILLS DOES <br />HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION I: The sum of $20,000.00 is hereby fixed as <br />the amount of revenue from property taxes deemed necessary to <br />pay the indebtedness of the City and support its departments for <br />the current year. <br />SECTION II: This Ordinance shall take effect immedi- <br />ately upon passage and shall be posted in three (3) public post- <br />ing places within the Town of Los Altos Hills. <br />Adopted at a Regular Meeting of the City Council of <br />the Town of Los Altos Hills on the 42 day of August, 1958 and <br />whereat at all times a quorum was present and acting, by the <br />following vote: <br />AYES: Councilmen Bledsoe, Clayton, Sherlock, Treat, A <br />Mayor Fowls <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />Wro; <br /> W_Naw <br />8-4-58 <br />
