r„ b ,,r, J ORDINANCE NO. 95 AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 42 OF SAID TOWN BY PROVIDING FOR ISSUANCE OF PERMITS FOR CERTAIN SIGNS THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section I. Section V of Ordinance No. 42 of the Town of Los Altos Hills, adopted November 3, 1958, is hereby amended to read as follows: "Section V. A. Every advertising display placed or maintained pursuant to the exceptions established in Sections III and IV of this ordinance shall conform to all applicable building regulations and shall not, in its overall dimensions, occupy a total area in any plane of more than six (6) square feet. B. No card, cloth, metal, painted or wooden sign of any character, billboard, poster, pennant, flag or sample bearing letters, writing, figures or characters of any nature, - conveying a message or idea, which such display is not otherwise permitted ander the terms of this ordinance, shall be placed or maintained at any place within the Town of Los Altos Hills without permission therefor having previously been granted by the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills upon such terms and con- ditions as the City Council deems necessary." Section II. Except as herein amended, Ordinance No. 42 shall remain in full force and effect. SECTION III. This Ordinance shall be posted in three (3) public places within the Town of Los Altos Hills and shall become effective thirty (30) days after its final adoption. The foregoing Ordinance was duly and regularly introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills held on the 181 -^ day of November, 1963, and was duly and regularly passed by the following Rote: AYES: Councilmen Bowler, Fowler, Mayyrh,IGl,.ayton NOES: Councilman Aiken ABSENT: Councilman Henley''�, IAO FIO 4 FAIBANT -- -��- �. ... ...
